The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including tasty croissants and cereal, the room was spacious and nicely designed, the service provided was exceptional, and the location was convenient.

The location is perfect for anyone flying out from Venice Airport. The apartment was clean, spacious and very much modern. Shuttle driver was very helpful with our luggage

The location of the hotel is ideal, being close to the water bus for Venice and the bus stop that goes into Venice. the staff members were extremely helpful and genuinely helpful.

Possibly the best and fairly nice stay for one night. Compact room, new-fashioned with a comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast selection with cakes, scrambled eggs plus plentiful hot. The staff was exceptional and location was great and easy.

The desk manager was exceptionally kind. We appreciated the lift to a wonderful local restaurant for an excellent dinner. The location of the hotel, just a few minutes from the Marco Polo Airport, was perfect since we had a very early morning flight. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport at 0530.

We had a triple and the room was almost in an attic. It was very stuffy, but for one night, not a big problem. It would have been nice to not be charged 5 Euro for the ride to the restaurant.

This place boasts stunning views, hospitable staff, excellent service, an easy location to nearby restaurants, and an enjoyable breakfast.

Staff were cheerfu, helpful and friendly, the rooms are delightful and the location for Marco Pol airport was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. It is a private hotel in a converted building so had great charm, a lovely manicured garden at the front and has only 27 rooms. We stayed 3 nights in total and our return trip (at the end of our cruise holiday) was as delightful as our first 2 night stay. There is a frequent local bus which went into the bus station in Venice and there was a bus from the airport that also went direct to Venice bus station - so the hotel is served well by local transport. The hotel also runs an airport shuttle. I would most certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly stay there again. The only "downside" is that it is on a busy road and can be a little noisy and there are no pavements to the bus stop.

The hotel offers well-equipped and well-appointed rooms in a beautiful area right by the airport. the staff is attentive and the location is exceptionally nice, with great facilities.

The room is well-equipped, the bathroom is very well appointed with a jacuzzi, the breakfast is enjoyable with outstanding croissants and cereals, and the location is conveniently situated in a pretty area.
